Born in Jamaica, in 1971, Brady Hart has been living in New York City for the past 15 years. Brady began painting when he was a very young boy and continued through his High School years. It was during his first year of college at Northeastern University the he had an overwhelming desire to paint. When Brady began selling his work he then made a decision to leave Northeastern and move to New York City to paint.

5 UP 2 DOWN is a feature length film written and produced by Brady Hart in collaboration with writer/ director Steven Kessler and writer/producer Steve Soto.
It is a tale of two friends struggling with drug addiction in New York. The film is loosely based on the lives of the filmmakers.
